It took them a while to arrive but when they came they were really thorough and took their time explaining things to me and making recommendations for how to care for our system in order to extend its life. We’ve dealt with a lot of local AC people and Yellow Dot is the original installer in our neighborhood but I thought A & E Heating & Air Conditioning Inc showed a much higher level of expertise than I’ve seen with any of the other companies we’ve used. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will continue to use them for regular maintenance and “emergency” service. The best comparison is most of the guys I’ve used are like all those auto shops where you feel like a really inexperienced guy is doing the work and you wonder if you’re getting gouged and then FINALLY you find that guy that actually seems to know what he is talking about and really seems to care about helping you maintain your car at the most reasonable price.
