About Us
Ron and Teressa Walters, the owners of A & E Heating & Air Conditioning Inc, were born and raised in Durham and started A & E Heating & Air Conditioning Inc while raising their family. Ron has worked in the HVAC industry for over 30 years, and Teressa remains involved in the daily operations of A & E Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.
Our company is named after Ron and Teressa’s two beautiful daughters, Amanda and Emily. In their free time, Ron and Teressa can be found spending time with their two adorable grandchildren, Ashlyn and Colton, and playing with their German Shepherds, Kimber and Remi.
We are a family-owned and operated business and enjoy working in this industry. We have made additions over the years and one of our favorites is Tim Hiles.
He married Ron and Teressa’s daughter Amanda and is a large part of A & E Heating & Air Conditioning Inc growing and having the very best customers. Tim’s dedication, experience, and years of hard work have become priceless to A & E Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.
